JC Conklin – Director and Owner, Chill Baby Productions
JC Conklin is a visionary director and director of photography with a powerful instinct for storytelling that moves audiences and elevates meaning. With over 15 years of industry experience, JC built his foundation in Hollywood, working on major productions including The Walking Dead and Quantico. Over the past two years alone, he has directed five feature films starring iconic actors such as Kevin Sorbo (Hercules), Eddie McClintock (Warehouse 13), and Dean Cain (Superman), demonstrating a rare ability to balance commercial appeal with emotional depth.
Having brought stories to life across narrative film, commercial content, and documentary-style storytelling varying from compositions to emotionally grounded moments, his work is known for its cinematic texture and human-centered approach. His creative evolution led him to something deeper—leaving behind the Hollywood grind to embrace purpose-driven filmmaking in Mount Dora, Florida.

Today, JC brings the same intensity and artistry to projects that reflect his deepest values: family, integrity, and storytelling with heart. As a devoted father of two and creative partner to his wife Kami, JC’s lens is guided by empathy and vision—whether he's crafting conservation-driven short films, co-creating children's series, or developing local storytelling initiatives.
His work spans genres but is always rooted in authenticity—merging cinematic style with grounded humanity. JC believes the camera is not just a tool to capture light, but a vessel to reveal truth, inspire action, and remind us what matters most.
